Productive in World Cup win
Gannon Doak recorded two shots (zero on goal), two crosses (one accurate) and two chances created in Saturday's 1-0 win over Haiti.
Analysis: Gannon Doak was incredibly busy in the first half against Haiti and was crucially involved in the only goal of the game. It was one of his three crosses from within the game that was cleared by the keeper into the path of John McGinn, who would score the only goal of the game. His first half shot also drew a good save from the Haiti keeper early on.
Makes bench Saturday
Gannon Doak (hamstring) makes the bench for Saturday's clash against Burnley.
Analysis: Gannon Doak was initially expected to stay sidelined this week, but he beat the clock on a late fitness test and earns a spot on the bench for Saturday's showdown with the Clarets. It is his first appearance in the matchday squad since early November but his return shouldn't shake up the Cherries' starting XI going forward as he has largely been a depth piece this season, making four Premier League appearances and chipping in with one assist.
